All rentals must be paid in US dollars. Our rates are a flat fee and include cleaning and taxes.

Fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee must be paid in advance to confirm reservation. For stays less than a week or booked less than one month in the future, 100% of rental fee will be requested to confirm reservation.

We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, credit cards and travelers checks.
