There are approximately 120 steps leading up to the houses.

As such, please note that the houses are not suitable for younger children or people who are not in average or better physical condition due to the steepness of the terrain, the stairs, (outside and inside each house) and the high balconies and terraces.

The series of 120 steps leading from the parking area up to the houses make it a moderately rigorous physical endeavor. There is an electric elevator basket that runs up the side of the hill to the houses, but it was constructed to carry luggage and supplies/groceries only. The caretaker will take charge of bringing your luggage up to your reserved house. You need only take your body up the stairs.
